Using our twin Ram 80 tonne Harris Wolverine Baler, Ron Hull Jnr Ltd has the perfect machine to bale all recyclables. From cardboard and hard plastics to steel and aluminium cans. We will also reduce your transport costs through more efficient loading, resulting in fewer deliveries and reducing both yours and our own carbon footprint.
Through our efficient recycling processes, these high-quality, mill-size bales of valuable resources are sold back to the manufacturing cycle to local, national and global markets. They are then reprocessed and manufactured back as new products. For example, plastics are recycled as traffic cones, wood chipping are recycled as wooden/laminate flooring, sticking with our aim of recycling from "cradle to the grave".

Waste Diversion Fuel - see below
WASTE DIVERSION FUEL
Waste diversion fuel - known as RDF/SRF - is produced by shredding and using our state-of-the-art waste recycling technology to remove all recyclable materials such as metals, glass and plastics. The remaining waste material is then subject to further recycling techniques and made into RDF fuel, saving more waste from entering a costly and environmentally unfriendly landfill.
This RDF fuel is then used for thermal treatment as a replacement fuel. RDF is also used as a blending agent with other combustion fuels, and cement kilns are currently the main users of this type of fuel.
Our fuel has been fully tested and approved as the analysis results show here to be used as a fuel to produce energy. The process takes place at our recycling plant in Rotherham and furthermore confirms our Zero To Landfill philosophy.
